After perceiving his degree from D.E.S. Law Collage Fergusson Pune, in the year 2009, he has completed diploma in the year 2010 in (IPR) Intellectual Property Rights, from University of Pune and started achieving his goal and flourishing his career intellectually. He is currently dealing adversarial Legal proceedings and represented renowned business entities in Civil Litigation before Civil and District Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Consumer Forum, National Green Tribunal (NGT), RERA Authority and Cooperative Departments. He also conforms to various drafts dealt in Real Estate such as buying & selling of properties, analyzing title for the same, visiting various Government Offices, Revenue Authorities and Due Diligence of Registration offices, RERA Complains, Environmental  Clearance and Society Registrations. 

 

By his creative thinking constant improvement in various legal aspects he has expertise skill in dealing with the litigation as well as drafting with contractual arrangements such as non-disclosure and secrecy, licensing, distribution, agency and franchising, leasing and factoring, sales and commercial leases, handling applications for trademarks and patents, including contentious and non-contentious work, domestic and commercial disputes relating to Real Estate, defamation, employment, financial and all kinds of corporate matters. Besides civil litigation, he is being engaged in assisting client within a legal frame and with the balance of social responsibility.
