She has completed Graduation from Garware College of Commerce, Pune and thereafter pursued Law degree from ILS Law College Pune in 2016. Later on, she has finished her Post Graduation from The Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (CIMA, UK).

She holds Diploma in Advance Legal Drafting and International Commercial Arbitration.

She has worked with The Bank of New York Mellon, Pune. 

 

Her expertise is Intellectual Property Rights followed with getting Trademarks and Copyrights Registered.

Post qualification, she has gained in-depth knowledge in Fund Raising, Financial and Corporate Matters, Due Diligence, Compliance, Loan Documentation for NBFC’s, Drafting of SLA’s and other documents.

Her effective Communication and negotiation skills helps the organisation. She believes in idealistic goals and ensure she puts her efforts of requisite quantum in achieving them.
